Children’s Hall
The Children’s Hall was set up for the benefit and the physical and mental health of children. The three-story multi-functional building houses a wide range of facilities to cater to the needs of our young citizens.

Preschoolers’ Playroom
Parents are encouraged to bring preschoolers to playwith the large toys, ball pool, and seesaws at the Preschoolers’ Playroom.

Children’s Playroom
The Children’s Playroom is for school children and offers a variety of board games and educational toys.

Exhibition Room
　　The Exhibition Room showcases the works of students from art classes and schools and institutions as well as winners of art competitions hosted by the Hall administration. It is divided into three sections: Junior Gallery, Children’s Drawings, and the Artistic Development of Children’s Paintings.

Library
　　Open to children age 0 and above. The library offers books suitable for children of all ages. A library card is required to borrow books, newspaper, periodicals, and audio material.

Auditorium
Concerts, dance, drama, and public lectures offer visitors a variety of activities to choose from.

Music Classroom
　　Equipped with a selection of musical instruments, the Music Room introduces children to the basics of music and allows them to play with the musical instruments.

Dance Studio
　　Fully equipped and suitable for holding dance and theatrical performances.
