In co-operation with International Tsai Mo Artists Association and Taichung City Culture and Education Foundation, Taichung City Cultural Affairs Bureau is holding the Eighth Tsai-Mo New Artist Exhibition. Monetary prizes are sponsored by Shin Chung Natural Gas Company. Six new talents and six honorable mention award winners will be selected from 40 participating new artists, who will display their new styles and new looks of Tsai-Mo art via their masterpieces from Dec. 5 to 17 at Da Dun Gallery III, Taichung City Culture Center.
