【Description】
National Chung Hsing University is the first
national university in the central part of
Taiwan. It has seven colleges - Colleges of
Liberal Arts, Science, Agriculture and Natural
Resources, Life Sciences, Veterinary Medicine and
Social Sciences and Management – and Extension
Division for In-service and Continuing Education,
occupying a land area of 54 hectares. It used to
have Taichung and Taipei campuses. However, in
2000 the Taipei Campus was integrated with the
newly established Taipei University. The campus
is beautiful and full of academic atmosphere. The
Jonghsing Lake is lovers’ best spot to hand out. |

【Public transportation】
From Taichung
Railway Station: Walk across the street in front of the
station to take Taichung Bus Route 135. Or take Union
Bus (aka Tonglian Bus) Blue Line. Get off at National
Chung Hsing University.
【Driving from Highway 1 】
Take W. Wucyuan Rd. Exit and turn onto W. Wucyuan Rd.
toward downtown. Turn right onto Yingcai Rd. |
